We are focused on growing organic microgreens for their nutritional content, health benefits and their impact on prevention and potential healing of some medical conditions. We are offering the largest selection of microgreens in Southeast Michigan. Our microgreens are grown to order and harvested prior to pick up. When stored properly, our microgreens will last at least 10 days in the refrigerator. We strongly suggest consuming your microgreens before the 10th day, as the levels of vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants start depleting daily after harvest. We use organic, non-GMO, not treated seeds and OMRI certified growth media. No pesticides, fertilizers or chemicals are used during the entire growth cycle.
Sourdough bread (flour, water, salt): Country White, Whole Wheat (20% whole wheat flour), Buckwheat (20% buckwheat flour).
Sourdough bread with inclusions: Hot Pepper, Roasted Garlic, Fried Onion, Toasted Sunflower and Sesame seeds, Everything Bagel, Caraway, Sun-dried Tomato and Herbs, White Chocolate Cranberry-Orange.
Microgreens: Arugula, Amaranth - Red Garnet, Borage, Broccoli, Buckwheat Lettuce, Cabbage - Red Acre, Chervil, Cilantro, Fenugreek, Kale - Red Russian, Leeks, Mustard, Pea Tendrils, Radish, Sunflower Shoots, Watercress, Wheatgrass for juicing.
